Good Scientific Practice

The freedom of science guaranteed by constitutional law is inextricably linked to a corresponding responsibility. Taking this responsibility fully into account and anchoring it as a guideline for one's own actions is first and foremost the task of every scientist at HNEE and its scientific institutions.

Guidelines

The Guidelines for Safeguarding Good Scientific Practice at HNEE set out the principles for safeguarding good scientific practice and regulate the handling of scientific misconduct. They apply to all members and affiliates of HNEE who are active in teaching and research as well as those who support the scientific field through their work. The guidelines are based on the Code of Good Scientific Practice of the German Research Foundation (DFG).
