Project Planning and Management
Module description
The module gives an overview of definitions, specifications, structure and control mechanisms of projects. The students will train to prepare a grant application, to make a feasibility study and to implement and evaluate projects. Various project management techniques including computer based techniques will be used. Students will prepare project drafts which will be discussed and evaluated in seminars.
